Tasting
It has a golden colour and the bubbles are fine and discreet.
The nose unveils ripe fruits, Morello cherries and crystallized blackcurrants.
On the palate the maturity is conspicuous in the cheerful buttery, fine brioche and cut wheat notes.
Force and finesse balance one another on the lemony notes of quince jellies.
Wine and food
This Champagne has an incredible aromatic richness and should be accompanied by a meal that is
worthy of it.
Venison or wild boar would be ideal companions.
