A rare champagne that captivates with its colour, roundness and red fruit aromas.
Made with Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the best crus from Montagne de Reims (Aÿ, Tauxières), this cuvée is powerful, complex and elegant.
Tasting Its particularity is its “œil de perdrix” - pale pink – colour.
The nose is immediately conquered by the red fruit aromas.
Gooseberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries cover the palate
which is invaded by the irresistible charm of Pinot Noir with an underlying minerality.
Wine and food This Rosé is beguiling both as an aperitif and during the meal. It pairs delightfully with white meats, poultry and game birds.
It is also recommended with desserts made with red fruits or with charlottes made using “Biscuits Roses
de Reims”.
