Made from exactly the same base wine as the Brut Tradition, this champagne differs in its higher proportion
of liqueur de dosage.
After 36 months ageing, the wine’s smoothness is at its height.
Tasting Fine, regular bubbles give life to its golden yellow colour.
The nose still has the citrus notes, but a little more crystallised, alongside well ripened fruit notes such
as pear.
Demi-sec Tradition covers the palate pleasantly with a very long lasting finish on the aromas of caramel.
Wine and food With its smoothness, it goes exceptionally well with foie gras. It is also able to adapt beautifully to sweet
and sour dishes such as duck à l'orange.
Many other dishes show it off to its best, but its favourite is dessert - with a clafouti or a brioche fresh from
the oven.
